Gemma joined All Seas Capital in 2020, where she is a Partner, and Head of Investor Relations. Prior to joining All Seas, Gemma was responsible for fundraising and investor relations at MML Capital Partners. Gemma was at MML for almost a decade, having started on the investment team.
