Charlotte began her career in the global fashion industry at TJX Europe, where she developed strong skills in business and project management. This work led her into the social impact fashion space, where at Circle Collective, she led the launch of a clothing line in collaboration with HMP Downview Female Prison, demonstrating her commitment to social impact and youth empowerment. Now, in her role as Chief of Staff at Zero Gravity, Charlotte combines her experience with her passion for start-ups and social mobility, with direct experience of scaling startups and mission-led organisations.
